If you are a FSA, HRA, or HSA participant with BEN, you may view account balances, claims activity/payments, and file claims on FSA, HSA, and applicable HRA accounts. Not all HRA accounts are available for online claims filing. To log in to your account, visit: www.MyWealthcareOnline.com/BEN or click the link below.
To Fax or email a FSA/HRA claim for processing, please send the applicable claim form and itemized receipt to 877-760-7062 or by email to Claims@BenXnw.com. Please allow 3-5 days for claims processing. You may also download the claim from under the Member Forms tab.
